All Harbor Impact services are free and available to people in need.
Refuel Services are available once a month on “IMPACT DAYS”.
Throughout the month, Harbor Impact services are available to meet emergency needs.
100% of all donations made to Harbor Impact are given to people in need.
Harbor Impact has no paid staff.
500 volunteer hours are donated each week.
Special Needs Guests may come from 11:15 to noon on Impact Days if they prefer to be at the Harbor with fewer people.
Guests may receive services for their individual households only. If neighbors or relatives need help, they are welcome to come for their household.
Guests may not receive products or services for households other than their own.
New guest registrants must show picture IDs. Families with over six members will need to show social security cards if they wish to receive services for each family member.
A Harbor passcard will be made for each household.
Harbor passcards must be presented at the doors of each bank to receive services.
Guests must leave their Harbor passcards at the door ANY TIME they leave the building to take items to their cars. NO EXCEPTIONS. ID Cards will be returned upon re-entry.
