Stone Soup Food Pantry of Lapeer blesses us each month with fresh fruit and vegetables, bread, and miscellaneous nonperishables.

Peg's pets
Picture
Margaret Jeanne "PEG" Noecker loved life, her family and all animals, but especially those that needed extra attention.  She rehabilitated animals with physical and emotional problems.  Upon her untimely death, her family wanted to continue her animal advocacy.  Nothing made more sense than the development of Peg's Pets, a program to keep beloved pets in the homes of struggling families.

Each month on listed Impact Days, food and accessories will be available to pet owners.  In emergencies, resources are available on other days by calling (810) 982-5312.

Your donations to Peg's Pets are tax deductible.  Checks should be made out to Harbor Impact Ministries/Peg's Pets.
Resource center
Student and adult tutoring, literacy training, citizenship preparation, Spanish classes, computer use assistance, resume writing, internet job application assistance, financial and budget counseling, notary services and medical directive form preparation are available.
